- Responsible for achieving annual sales goals targets
- Lead customer-centric, consultative selling efforts to uncover additional opportunities within key growth-oriented accounts and cross selling across Sample Management Solution product portfolio
- Manage network of channel partners in assigned territory
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Inside Sales, Technical Support and Corporate Accounts Manager ensuring effective collaboration of resources to deliver on client needs
- Collaborate with Marketing on creating a marketing plan, registering/planning/attending local vendor shows, creating and executing on campaigns
- Other duties as assigned.
Academic & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or Life Sciences discipline
- Technical background in biobanking or sample storage preferred
- Minimum of 5 years capital equipments sales and/or channel management experience
- Proven record of high achievement in sales

- Understand customer needs and able to leverage on existing product portfolio and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value to customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenue
- Shows understanding of market trends, business dynamics and scientific advances – and their respective impact on customers
- Resourceful and is comfortable in navigating through internal resources by collaborating cross-functionally
- Fluency in one other Asian language besides English
