How You’ll Add Value
The Talent Acquisition Partner will report into the Director, Human Resources. They will focus on recruiting in a high-volume hiring environment, developing staffing strategies to build an ongoing applicant pipeline, developing and tracking measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process, setting continuous improvement goals, being a liaison for new hires and hiring managers, and other similar duties necessary to support the hiring process.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong working relationships with managers and leaders across the organization to understand current and future hiring needs
- Through various sources, build a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate openings
- Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies
- Research and implement new sources and networks for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices
- Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Assist applicants with completing onboarding/new hire paperwork
- Follow up and maintain relationship with candidates through onboarding and first day of employment
- Promote the organization’s employer brand through engaging candidate outreach and community involvement
- Perform other duties within HR or special HR projects as required or requested
What You Will Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years of recruiting experience required, preferably in high volume recruiting
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
