岗位职责:

1. 负责支持销售团队达成高通量测序,分子生物学服务,基因编辑等业务线的销售目标;

2. 与业务部门和销售经理紧密合作,通过实用的信息和工具为客户提供技术咨询和方案建议;

3. 参与重要客户的技术沟通和方案设计,负责给客户提供强大的专业支持和技术能力展示;

4. 开展支持业务线的业绩回顾及销售策略的辅助制定,为市场团队提供最新的竞品分析和产品趋势分析。

任职资格:

1. 生物化学,细胞生物学或分子生物学相关领域硕士及以上学历; 博士学位优先; 至少2年以上在生命科学,生物技术,生物医药行业有销售或支持的工作经验;

2. 具备较强的分析、解决问题能力,和较强的市场洞察能力;

3. 有良好沟通能力及跨部门合作能力,有团队精神,能适应不定时工作及出差; 4. 具有良好的演讲技巧和技术,能够以英语和汉语进行口头或书面交流。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving the sales targets of business lines such as high-throughput sequencing, molecular biology services, and gene editing.

2. Collaborate closely with business departments and sales managers to provide customers with technical consultations and solution suggestions through practical information and tools.

3. Participate in technical communication and solution design for key customers, and be responsible for providing customers with strong professional support and demonstrating technical capabilities.

4. Conduct performance reviews for the supported business lines and assist in formulating sales strategies, and provide the marketing team with the latest competitive product analysis and product trend analysis.

 
Job Requirements:

1. A master's degree or above in biochemistry, cell biology, or related fields of molecular biology; a doctoral degree is preferred.
At least 2 years of work experience in sales or support in the life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical industries.

2. Have strong abilities in analysis and problem-solving, as well as strong market insight.

3. Possess good communication skills and the ability to cooperate across departments, have a team spirit, and be able to adapt to irregular working hours and business trips.

4. Have good presentation skills and techniques, and be able to communicate orally or in writing in both English and Chinese.
