岗位职责：
1. 负责完成引物粗产品的生产并保证合成质量；
2. 负责各种合成试剂的配制及储存；
3. 负责引物粗产品氨解，样品脱盐、OPC和PAGE纯化并保证纯化引物样品的无盐份、无其它杂质和杂条带；
4. 负责各种电泳及过柱试剂的配制及储存；
5. 负责对样品进行真空干燥。
任职资格：
1. 生命科学、生物、化学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 工作积极主动，踏实认真，能够承受一定工作压力；
3. 具有较强的实验动手能力、较强的学习能力和接收新事物的能力；
4. 具有引物DNA合成 (熟悉ABI 3900, Mermade 192合成仪)与纯化工作经验者优先；
5. 能适应三班倒的工作时间安排。（中夜班）
1. Responsible for completing the production of primer crude products and ensuring the quality of synthesis.
2. Responsible for the preparation and storage of various synthetic reagents.
3. Responsible for the ammonolysis of primer crude products, sample desalting, OPC and PAGE purification, and ensuring that purified primer samples are free of salts, other impurities, and stray bands.
4. Responsible for the preparation and storage of various electrophoresis and column chromatography reagents.
5. Responsible for vacuum drying of samples.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in life science, biology, chemistry, or related majors.
2. Proactive, practical, and serious in work, able to withstand certain work pressure.
3. Strong experimental hands-on ability, strong learning ability, and ability to accept new things.
4. Work experience in primer DNA synthesis (familiar with ABI 3900 and Mermade 192 synthesizers) and purification is preferred.
5. Able to adapt to a three-shift work schedule (including night shifts).
